Troubleshooting LiveFlow Not Loading in Excel

Basic Troubleshooting Steps

Try these initial steps to resolve common loading issues:

  1. Restart Excel completely - Close all Excel windows and reopen your spreadsheet

  2. Sign out and back into Microsoft 365 - Use the same email address that's registered with your LiveFlow account

  3. Restart your computer - This can resolve temporary system conflicts

  4. Clear your browser cache - This helps if you're experiencing web-related connectivity issues

Account and Billing Issues

Loading problems can sometimes be caused by account-related issues:

  • Check your billing status - Go to Settings > Billing in the LiveFlow web app at https://app.liveflow.com to ensure there are no past-due invoices

  • Verify email addresses match - Make sure you're signed into Excel with the same email address that's registered in your LiveFlow workspace

  • Use the correct login URL - Always sign in via app.liveflow.com (not app.liveflow.io) when prompted by the Excel add-in
