How to refresh a report

There are multiple ways you can refresh your import!

Method 1 - Automatic hourly refresh (Most recommended)

  1. Open LiveFlow

  2. Go to Manage Reports

  3. Click the auto-refresh reports dropdown menu

  4. Set it to Every hour

Method 2 - Click on Refresh all reports

  1. Go to Extensions

  2. Click LiveFlow

  3. Click Refresh all reports

Method 3 - Refresh your spreadsheet

  1. Reload your spreadsheet

  2. Click Yes when we ask if you'd like to refresh your reports
