In order to share a static LiveFlow report with an external party, you have a choice between two methods:
Method 1:
Open the LiveFlow Extension
Go to Manage reports
Click on the drop down next to Auto-refresh reports and select Disabled
Now you'll have a static report and can provide Viewer access to your Google Sheet to an external party
Method 2:
Go to File > Download
Choose to Download your spreadsheet either in Excel or as a PDF
This way you'll have a static report for an external party, but your live report will be intact
