To be able to see how much a specific vendor got paid, you have a few options with LiveFlow:
Method 1:
- Select the company you want to use for the underlying reports (use this guide if you need a refresher on how to use your company's data in a LiveFlow template). 
- In the Vendor Dashboard by Account tab, select which account you want to see in cell B2 
- In the same tab, select which month you want to see in cell B5 - this will update the following 11 months in the dashboard automatically 
- You'll be able to see the Total for each vendor during the 12-month period you've chosen in Column N 
Method 2:
- Create a Transaction Detail Report through the LiveFlow Extension 
- Go to Create Report and select Transaction Detail 
- Under Advanced Settings, add Vendor under Choose columns to include 
- When the Transaction Detail report has generated, apply a filter to Row 9 with the Column Headers 
- Select which vendor you want to see a list of transactions for under the Vendor Column Filter
