What Viewers Can Do

  • Refresh existing reports that were created by an Editor or Admin

  • Drill down into existing reports to explore underlying data

What Viewers Cannot Do

  • Import new reports

  • Connect or disconnect integrations

  • Invite team members or manage account settings


LiveFlow Viewers vs. Google Sheets Viewers

LiveFlow Viewers

  • Individuals invited to your LiveFlow account with the Viewer role

  • Can refresh and drill down into reports embedded in Google Sheets

  • Access is governed by LiveFlow's internal user permission system

Google Sheets Viewers

  • Individuals given view-only access to your Google Sheet through Google's sharing options

  • Can see any LiveFlow data already embedded in the sheet

  • Cannot use LiveFlow-specific features unless they are also added as LiveFlow users

  • You are not billed for Google Sheets viewers and can invite as many as needed

If I invite someone to my Google Sheet, can they see my LiveFlow reports?
Yes. Any user with access to your Google Sheet can view the LiveFlow reports within it. Since your reports update daily , anyone you invite will be able to see the reports update live.
