1. My QuickBooks or Xero changes aren’t showing in LiveFlow.

Fix:
Reconnect your QuickBooks or Xero account in the LiveFlow web app: https://app.liveflow.com
Go to Settings → Reconnect Company. This refreshes the data.

2. I get an error when creating a large report.

Fix:
LiveFlow has a 400,000-cell limit per report (from QBO’s API).
To fix:

  • Use a shorter date range

  • Remove unused columns or rows

3. My reports won’t refresh.

Fix:
Try these steps:

  • Use a shorter date range

  • Refresh one report at a time

  • Use filters to reduce data

  • Check for broken formulas or formatting

  • Avoid merged cells inside the report

4. How do I delete a workspace?

Fix:
Only the LiveFlow team can delete workspaces.
Contact LiveFlow Support for help.

5. Can I filter for “Not Specified” in Class or Location?

Answer:
Yes. LiveFlow now supports filtering by “Not Specified” when creating reports.

How to use it:

  • In the report setup, use the filter options for Class or Location

  • Select “Not Specified” from the dropdown to include those transactions

6. Do merged cells stop the report from refreshing?

Answer:
Yes. If cells inside the LiveFlow report are merged, it won’t refresh.
You can merge cells outside the report (like headers or notes) without issues.

7. The LiveFlow sidebar in Google Sheets isn’t working.

Fix:

  • Sign out of all Google accounts, then sign in with the correct one

  • Go to Extensions → Reload LiveFlow

  • Allow cookies and pop-ups

  • Try using an incognito browser window

8. My template doesn’t work with Xero.

Fix:
The template is likely made for QuickBooks.
To fix:

  • Check if the template supports Xero

  • Create a new Xero-compatible template

  • Let LiveFlow Support know for future improvements
