Step-by-Step Solution
Step 1: Check the recipients access/permission
Verify if the recipient has been granted access to your workspace by going to the LiveFlow web app → Settings → Team
Locate the recipient under the Team tab to confirm access/permission.
Step 2: Add the User as a Viewer, if not listed under Team
Under Settings → Team, add the intended recipient as either a Viewer or Editor according to needs.
Save changes to grant access.
Final Outcome
Once permissions are adjusted and the user is added as a viewer they will regain access to the shared dashboard.
Note: Only Admins have the capacity to grant access/permissions to a workspace. Please connect with your team Admin for further assistance, if needed.
