Why Can’t I Download The Live Flow Excel Extension From The Website?

You may see a 502 error when trying to download the LiveFlow Excel extension directly from the LiveFlow website. This typically means the download link is temporarily unavailable, not that there’s an issue with your account or Excel.

Solution

You can still install LiveFlow easily by installing the add-in directly from the Microsoft Excel Add-ins Marketplace.

Follow these steps to install the LiveFlow add-in for Excel:

  1. Open Microsoft Excel

  2. Click Home in the top menu

  3. Select Add-ins, then open the Marketplace (or Get Add-ins)

  4. In the search bar, type LiveFlow

  5. Click Add to install the extension

What happens next

Once installed, you’ll be able to open the LiveFlow add-in directly from the Home tab in Excel and get started right away.
