What Indicates a Database Report?

When column headers have a blue background, it means you're viewing a database report.

When Should You Use a Database Report?

Database reports are best suited for:

  • Reports containing more than 1,000 rows

  • Use cases where data quantity matters more than visual presentation

How Are They Different?

Database reports behave like any other LiveFlow report, with two key differences:

  1. Adding Rows

    • Do not insert your own rows.

    • All data gets refreshed regularly, and your added rows will be overwritten.

  2. Adding Columns

    • You can add your own columns.

    • The system will copy the first cell (Row 2, below the header) of your new column down the entire column, which is especially helpful for formulas.

How to Enable or Disable Database Report Mode

To toggle this setting:

  • Go to the Manage Reports tab

  • Click on Advanced settings

  • Enable or disable the “Database report” option
