How to Customize and Add Visual Elements to Your LiveFlow Dashboard

  1. Navigate to Dashboards by opening LiveFlow and heading over to the Dashboards section.

  2. Select Your Dashboard Worksheet: Choose the specific Dashboard worksheet where you want to add Scorecards or other visual elements.

  3. Access the Settings Sidebar: Open the Settings sidebar located on the right-hand side of the screen.

  4. Choose a Display Option. Under the Display section, you’ll find various options for adding visual elements to your Dashboard:

    • Scorecard

    • Pie/Donut Chart

    • Table

    • Bar & Line Chart

    • Horizontal Bar Chart

    • Stacked Bar Chart

  5. Customizing Each Display Option:

    • Pie/Donut Chart:

      • Edit the Labels and Values.

      • Adjust the Inner Radius percentage for a tailored visual appearance.

    • Table:

      • Customize for Detail, Total COGS, COGS as a % of Income, Target, and Target Margin. The filters for Table will differ depending on the worksheet

    • Bar & Line Chart:

      • Toggle between the Left and Right Axis.

      • Filter by Percentage, Delta Percentage, Currency, or Number.

      • Adjust for Current Period and Prior Period.

    • Horizontal Bar Chart:

      • Format data as Percentage, Delta Percentage, Currency, or Number.

    • Stacked Bar Chart:

      • Format for Percentage, Delta Percentage, Currency, or Number.

      • Adjust categories defined by either columns or rows.

      • Show category amounts or normalize stack heights for better comparison.

With these steps, you can effectively create and customize a dynamic Dashboard that meets your reporting needs.
