Can people without a QuickBooks login use Drill Down in their LiveFlow reports?

You might be wondering if people without a direct QuickBooks login can use drill down into their financial reports in LiveFlow/Google Sheets.

The answer is YES, they can!

Here's how you'll achieve this:

  1. Invite your client or team-member to your LiveFlow account as a VIEWER. See how.
    This enables them to do two things:

    1. Drill down into reports that you, as the admin, have created.

    2. Refresh existing reports that you or another admin has created.

  2. Invite your client or team member to the Google Sheet that contains the live report you want them to be able drill down into. Make sure they're invited as a Google Sheets editor.
